Gdansk History Museum is located inside its fourteen century Town Hall. Climb the staircase into the old council chambers known aptly as the Red Room. The old Court Rooms contains an exhibit of the destruction of Gdansk in World War 2. The Town Hall also allows visitors to climb its 50 meter high tower giving great views over the city.
